Common Questions
What does BYOC mean? +
Bring Your Own Caterer. You choose any caterer you want — we provide the venue, styling, and kitchen facilities for warming and plating. Serve halal, vegetarian, Caribbean, Filipino, or any cuisine your family loves.
Can we serve alcohol? +
Yes. Clients arrange a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) through the AGCO. A Smart Serve-certified server is required. We can guide you through the process.
What's included in the styled packages? +
Everything you see in the photos: linen tablecloths, cloth napkins, charger plates, styled centerpieces, a statement backdrop arch, LED uplighting in your chosen preset color, fairy light canopy, and full professional setup and teardown.
How far in advance should we book? +
We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for weekend dates, especially during peak season (September–December). Weekday dates are often available on shorter notice.
Is the venue accessible? +
Yes. The venue is on the ground floor with step-free access, accessible parking, and accessible washrooms.
